Q: What are your hours?
A: We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 12, and from 1 PM to 5 PM.
Q: What services do you provide?
A: The clinic provides a full range of primary and family practice care. We diagnose and treat common illnesses and chronic conditions. We perform physical exams (yearly exams, sports exams, driver’s license exams). We perform blood tests and order Xray and Physical Therapy. We refer patients to specialists in all fields.
Q: How can I get my medications refilled?
A. If you are an established patient at the clinic, call your pharmacy and ask them to send us a fax requesting more refills.
Q. What services do you not provide?
A. We do not have Xray on site but we can arrange an Xray at the local hospitals. We do not cast broken bones but we can refer you to an orthopedist. We do not prescribe medical marijuana. We do not provide obstetrical service, but we can do a pregnancy test.
Q. What are your fees?
A. Fees vary depending on the complexity of the care rendered. This is based on the number of problems you have, the difficulty of those problems, and any tests or procedures that must be performed.
Q. Does the clinic offer any financial help for medical care.
A. We offer a 10% discount for patients paying cash. We can work with you on a payment plan. The clinic offers a reduced fee schedule for people without insurance. You must ask about this sliding fee scale in advance of your visit and you must be willing to supply some financial records.
Q. What health insurance do you accept?
A. We accept Medicare, Oregon Health Plan, Blue Cross, Lifewise, Secure Horizons, PacificSource, Mailhandlers, Worker’s Comp claims, and most other private insurance.
Q. Do you provide dental care?
A. When special grant funding is available we host the State Dental Van. This service provides care to people without insurance for acute dental needs. The service is provided on an irregular schedule so you need to watch for our flyers advertising a specific Dental Van visit.
